2. 14-Day Withdrawal

Distance contracts generally allow 14 days, unless digital performance started with your explicit consent. Panel access after payment falls under this exception.

4. When We Refund

• Duplicate or incorrect charges
• Paid but no access within 48 hours
• Permanent shutdown of the platform (pro-rata)
